Introduction
Circular Vibrating Screen is a kind of new and highly effective vibrating screen which can be designed with multiple layers. It is composed of screen box, screen mesh cloth, suspension (or support) device, bottom frame and motor. Circular vibrating screen is a commonly used equipment in coal, ore dressing, power generation, sugar, salt, coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, construction, electricity, chemical industry products classification purpose, dehydration & tailings recovery.

Working Principle

Vibrating sieve adopts a dual-vibraion motor drive, when two vibrating motors do synchronous, reverse rotation, the exciting force produced by eccentric block, cancel out in the derection parallel to the motor shaft, and stacked together in the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft, so the trajectory of the screening machine is a straight line. There is a dip angle between screen surface opposite two motor shafts, under the function of excitation force and material weight, the material on the screen surface is tossed leap forward in a straight line, thus achieve the purpose of vibrating sieving.
