1.8M Diameter Rotary Screen Trommel Sieve Equipment for Rubber Granules Separation

Introduction

Trommel screen has wide range of sizes and capacities, it is a mechanical screening machine used to separate materials. It consists of a perforated cylindrical drum that is normally elevated at an angle at the feed end, motor, reduction unit, screen frame and sealing cover. When materials flow towards along the inclined rotating drum, materials jump and roll, the undersized material smaller than the screen apertures passes through the screen, while the oversized material exits at the other end of the drum.

Trommel screen depends on centrifugal force and jigging action of the drum rolling,differentsize of the crushed materials can be screened and they will be in the respective hoppers and then take away by people or belt conveyor.

Applications:

Trommel screen separator can screen the following materials: black earth, compost, organic waste, green waste, wood waste (bark, sawdust, wood-chips etc), domestic refuse, municipal waste, recycled asphalt, concrete, slag coal, sand, gravel, clay, alluvial gold sand and many other materials.

Working Principle

Using excavator to feed raw material to the hopper, then, they flow into double trommel, big stones and pebble can be separated and flow outside of the equipment, mineral aggregate with gold whose diameter is less than 6mm can enter into the beneficiation sluice through inner trommel screen, there is a fixed and high extraction ratio gold felt sluice in one side of the beneficiation sluice to extract gold particle.
