Introduction
Easy Insallation Fertilizer Vibration Feeding Machine Vibrating Feeder is a linear vibrating equipment which is used for feeding kinds of materials such as block, granule, and powder uniformly and continuously. It can feed material to belt conveyor, vibrating conveyor, bucket elevator, vibrating screen, crusher etc. This vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, damping device, vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor.

Working Principle
Vibration Feeder works based on two motors rotating to produce linear reciprocating vibration periodically and power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, the materials will slip, sling and jump on the funnel, moving forward along a parabolic path.Due to the continuous exciting of the vibrating motor, the feed spout will vibrate continuously and the material in the feed spout will jumping forward continuously, so that the purpose of feeding material is achieved.
